📝 KEY CONDITIONS

Payment

Monthly in advance. First charge billed at sign-up before service activation.

Cancellation

Cancel any time. No exit fee. Your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

CGNAT

This service uses CGNAT (shared IP addressing) by default. A dedicated static IP is available for $10.00/month.

NTD Install

If your address requires a new Fixed Wireless NTD to be installed, a $200.00 fee applies if you downgrade or cancel within 6 months of installation.

New connection

If your address has not previously had an active NBN service, a $300.00 new connection fee applies.
