Yes — this plan requires a new Network Termination Device (NTD) install, included as part of activation.
Is there a minimum contract on the 2000 Mbps plans?
No formal lock-in contract. Because this plan requires a new NTD install, downgrading or cancelling within 12 months of that installation carries a $200 fee to cover the hardware cost. After 12 months, there’s no exit fee.
